[ARRL-OK] National FRS SOS Network

The information I saw about this implied that amateurs would be breaking FCC 
rules, specifically that amateurs would be using their radios on FRS/GMRS 
frequencies.  Quite aside from the obvious problems with this idea (imagine 
several hundred unlicensed/untrained FRS users calling for help at the same 
time), I can't support this idea, and would hope that the ARRL doesn't 
either.
