Tell this to the people running modified ICOM's. I understand what you are
saying, I have been licensed since 1968.
On the other hand, from what this EM director is telling people, the State
Office of EM is advocating this type of operation.
If they are not, it would be nice if they would if they would send out a
notice to the local directors advising them of the FCC rules and regs
including the illegal use of Amateur equipment in the commercial bands.
