I appologise for my misunderstanding the original posting.
I would like to retract my most recent reply. I infered that the original
memo endorsed BPL. I read that one wrong..
However I saw niether a positive or negativeness in Cingulars reply. Only
that they felt that previously licensed services should be kept free from
interference of any kind in their reply to the NOI to the FCC.
