It worked on my home computer.  I guess something put on by the IT
folks at work prevent me from correct access.

I use IE 6, and it worked just fine. Just tried it again, no problem.
However, the document is a .pdf file, do you have Adobe Acrobat on the
computer you are using?  I did save (I hope) the .pdf file and can email it
to you tonight after I get off work (after midnight) if you have Acrobat.
