To all of the folks who may be (or are already) interested in AM Phone
operation
the following web site may be of interest. I have listened to amateur AM
operations
for about 50 years now and it has provided me with many pleasant listening
hours.
I can remember when I would "retune" those old 5 tube AC/DC radios up to the
160 meter band and listen to the QSO's there. There was always something of
interest going on.

Although I am not familiar with the re-write of part 97, I will do some
research
about the effect on amateur AM operation. I do not support any change to the
use of AM on the ham bands.
