Thanks for the additional information regarding InfraGard. Oddly
enough, neither of the two most knowledgeable Emergency Managers
in New Mexico has heard of the program.  

You've described the information.  Where does it originate and 
who does it go to?  And who are your typical members?

How does Joe Ham get the info and how does he pass it on>

New Mexico set up a board of directors in February of this year
so they're just getting off the ground.  I've got to admit that
I don't see the function we would serve or how we would go about
it.  Looking back on a proposal for a project called "Netguard"
last December, it appeared the ARRL did not plan on supporting
that operation.  There appear to be many similarities between
Netguard and InfraGard.  The Netguard info can be found on the
