[ARC5] AN-104 aircraft antenna copper sheathing

 Hi - I did that a long time ago and I forget what the capacitance worked
out to be (not much, I think I guessed the glass was 1/8 inch..)  But it
was a random wire antenna driving a shortwave RX and it worked adequately
without further "maths"...  I guess you could also use it for transmitting
where that series C should be taken into account as part of the complex
system Z.  Mr Smith enters the chat....

I think I remember that there were some older cell phone antennas for
window mounting that used the same idea to couple the signal thru the rear
window glass... cool but not rocket science...  Improvise, Adapt,
Overcome...
