Look at the detailed description of the item. 13 spines on the internal cable ends. 5/8” internal turning shaft assembly ( cable ends). The splines and cable ends do not match the ARC-5/ SCR-274-N. Funny thing about the ARC-5/ SCR-274. Aircraft Radio Corporation got kind of jinky with the flex cables for their radios - made them a different size than the flex cables being used with other military radios.
The cable on eBay will work with “coffee grinders” for receivers like the ARB and those in the RU series

Thanks, Mark. I do have a few ARB and RU receivers and my intention is to sell them off. I am tempted to "upgrade" the receivers with the flex tune cable; otherwise the
remote tuning head is pretty useless except as a look-at. But i am also sure the upgrade wouldn't work out for the eventual earnings.

BTW, at Puyallup hamfest last month, i saw 2 complete ARB receivers, cables, manual, looked like everything, sell for very reasonable money.
I am pretty sure the seller is the same fellow who had the RU-GF AC power supplies, 2 models, big and small, at Puyallup something like 3 years ago.
Robert G., do you know this fellow's name or call ?
I would still like to at least get photos of those supplies and document them. The "small power supply / control unit" i had never seen before.
