I urge everyone to await the results of the FAA/NTSB investigation before accusing those involved in this crash of any misbehavior.  

Many of us feel a lot of sadness, frustration, and anger - but we do not know what happened.  It doesn't seem fair to make accusations and place blame at this point.  None of us were in the cockpit.
