[ARC5] RU-19 listed on QRZ

I don't know what a "paid subscription" to QRZ.com is, unless you mean you contributed some money for their 
upkeep. 
The RU is kind of an unloved item. I think $20 would be pushing it, at a hamfair swap. Of course, seller is covering
shipping, which could go $30. But you still need the connectors, control box, and the 80 meter coil, which most
RU users want and find most practical.
