I have started frequenting QRZ with a paid subscription. This evening I 
logged in and peeked at the most recent listings for sale. I saw this:

You don't have to be a paid member to look (only to post items for 
sale). Not mine and no pecuniary interest. The guy wants $100 or *best 
offer*. Some list members may be interested.
