[ARC5] Spot switch for the ARC-5 transmitter

I have a spot switch that simultaneously disengages the antenna and engages
a 50 ohm dummy load (TO-220 encased R) that I mounted internally, using the
chassis as a heat sink. It can take the power long enough to spot. The
system works well and the receiver is not overloaded.

Note: You have to spot with full power because otherwise the pulling of the
PA will cause you to spot inaccurately.
