[ARC5] Spot switch for the ARC-5 transmitter

All my "spot" switch does is open the muting relay
switching line that runs through the six-pin plugs
on the side of the receiver rack.  The receivers can take it.
I turn the BFO on, the gain down and zero-beat the TX or RX,
whichever one I want to spot.
Won't hurt the rigs for the little time it takes.
