[ARC5] TS-164 cabinet

It's a very nice piece to add to a WWII aircraft rig.  I posted a short 
article about it with the installation instructions at 
https://aafradio.org/docs/TS-164.html for those interested in it. The 
3-16 ballast tubes are a bit fragile but seem to be commonly available.
