[ARC5] TS-164 cabinet

TS-164 is a later airborne packaging of the BC-221 freq meter. Aluminum cabinet with front cover that folds down.
I have one, empty, with shock mount, if someone wants to repackage a 221 with a beat up cabinet, or just wants
this as part of their aircraft radio setup.
I may have even offered this at sometime in the past, like a few years ago. I have unfortunately and regretfully
sometimes offered items and then something with a higher priority comes along, and I have to drop everything,
and then it goes to the back of the list and gets forgotten.
This is free for postage with minimal packing, like a box that fits.
If I have to pack it with full padding and so on, $10 - 15. For me, packing is work.
Oh, yes, paint is good on it. I can take a closer look in a day or two and tell you more. There may be external
antenna connector or such items removed from case too.
