[ARC5] Test set fabrication

I've spent quite a few hours chasing meters to build an I-84 and I-85 
for my bench. Finally found the one meter than has been eluding me for 
months. Found a Simpson 750 VDC of the correct style and size. I've got 
one meter that doesn't match in size, it's the 300VDC one and it's about 
an inch smaller. I'll lay the panel out it's on with enough space, so if 
one of the correct size turns up, I can move to it.� I need to dig thru 
all my stuff and inventory connectors and figure out what I need to 
build up the bench now.


On a side note, my desktop laser engraver came in and I've got a 3d 
printer to set up also, so going to be playing with the scale windows at 
some point too. Now if I could figure out how to clone myself to get 
more done....
