But looking at your measurements, it would seem pretty close if a radius 
of .125" was used.  (They weren't using millimeters back when they made 
those things.)   Take a 1/4" drill and compare the outside curvature to 
the fairlead OD - that should give you a decent comparison.  On the 
inner hole radius, I'd guess .093" off hand. The whole fairlead is only 
3/4" in diameter.

It might be useful to have the bore diameter of the long sleeve as well, 
just to be authentic.  The screw is a 10-24 thread?  Is the material 
plated steel or plated brass?  It's hard to tell.

Looks like a short job - radius form tool in the lathe (I just use one 
flute of a corner rounding end mill in the lathe.)
