[ARC5] BC669 Xtals

The BC-669's IF is 385 KC.  As noted, the Receive crystal marked for 
4270 KC is a 3885 crystal.
If one then places the 3500 KC Transmit crystal in the Receiver crystal 
socket, one is all set on 3885 KC.
