By the way, folks, I discovered that the Allen head set screws for the URM-25F band switch knob are not standard set screws but rather are 6-32 thread.

The good news is that you need not worry about the tiny little set screws getting stripped out and instead just replace them with standard Phillips Head 6/32 screws, about 0.5 inch long.  The head of the screw sticking out a little bit does not interfere with using the band switch and you can get the setscrew much tighter and easily eliminate the band switch knob slipping.
