I would agree Francesco.
FAA Part 91 is basically private non-for-hire flying.
FAA Part 135 is for unscheduled (for hire) charter operations.
FAA Part 121 is for schedule (for hire) operations -- airlines.
Warbirds that provides rides typically operate under the Part 91 "Living
History Flight Experience" regulation that is supposed to bring these
flights close to Part 135 standards.
