It has obviously been hacked. 

The power connector on the rear is missing, there is something funny about the antenna 
connector as if there had been an SO-239 mounted there at one time, which was then 
replaced by an original standard push-connector, and the front window is missing.

The screws for the antenna relay are still there so it MAY be that the antenna relay is still 
there too.

There are no photos of the insides of the rig either, which I would like to see before I paid 
for it.
