Well, other than the fact that 1) there are no interior photos, nor 2) photos of the 
tube-containing areas, and 3) that two of the photos show some other item OTHER THAN 
the transmitter, and 4) it is obvious that the seller has no idea of what he has for sale, it 
looks OK to me.

Price seems OK.

It is extremely dirty.

The mount has been hacked since it has an octal socket mounted where no octal socket 
should be....IMHO.
