[ARC5] Vibrator Power Supplies

I've not run many experiments. In fact, the number is one, so regard my 
info skeptically. That disclaimer aside, the experiment was surprisingly 
successful. Maybe it ran hotter than usual, but I didn't notice it. If 
you de-rate it appropriately (I did not try to push it anywhere near its 
original ratings), it may very well work for you.

If you try it, please update us on the results so that I can double my 
dataset. If you need some MagicSmoke(tm) afterwards, I'll send you a 
canister and note of condolence.
