[ARC5] Contract 74912 - June 29th, 1940

FWIW, The USN Electronics Supply Office Directory of Communications
Equipment lists the ARA/ATA contract as NOs-74912 of 29 June 1940
AN/ARC-5 is listed as a modification of ARA/ATA and has contract NXsr-32848
of 17 June 1943
What actually happened back then I don't know, but I imagine NOs-74912 was
extended as needed until a complete renegotiation/rationalization in 1943.
