G'day all,

Contract 74912 was issued by the Navy Dept of Ships to A.R.C. on June
29th, 1940.
(See photo of nameplate from ATA set, type 52211 sn 1035.)
BTW - the type in the photo is mis-stated. The set is 52211, not double
5.

Then I see another nameplate for an ARC-5 set, type T-20.
The contract for this set was also 74912, but the ARC-5 series was
commissioned in 1943.

How should the interval between the two dates (1940 and 1943) be
understood?
One contract was issued for ATA and ARC-5 items?
