[ARC5] Line-transformers to replace shot audio transformers.

Good finds, Ken.

Line transformers have no flux gap.  They are not designed to pass DC so
saturation can be a concern.  However, a 5W or 10W line transformer should
be OK passing the modest Class A bias current of a command receiver.
