[ARC5] Buying the book Reflections by Walter Maxwell

    The home page, www.w3pga.org does not seem to exist. The call 
belongs to the Aero Amateur Radio Club of Middle River MD. Their QRZ 
site does not give an alternative web site. A google search comes up 
with several pages at the W3PGA URL, none work. Either their server is 
down or does not exist.
