[ARC5] Buying the book Reflections by Walter Maxwell

I tried that link late last night (PST) with poor results.  A number 
of the links I found during my search didn't work - some were no 
longer available and on others the person died.  I also ordered the 
book, but I'm a print media guy.  I hope the links works again 
later.  If so, maybe Tom Lee could give us some corrections for the 
faulty data,
