[ARC5] Restoring a BC-455-b, request advices

Glen Zook's advice is gold!  Even if the capacitors in your set don't
cause damage your set may not work properly until you replace them.  I
bought a good-looking R-24 receiver.  Using a +60V supply for the B+
line I used this set every evening over a period of about 6 months.  At
first it worked - then it began to squeal, and became unstable - due to
poor RF bypassing on the B+ supply line.

It's not simply leaky capacitors that cause poor performance.

Glen's advice is sound, and doubly so if you use voltages much above 75
volts (or so).
