As Indiana Jones said: "It belongs in a museum"!
As soon as it comes out of the box, it will no longer be "new in the box". Has it been out of the box yet? Probably by a mil inspector at some point and then back to stock. That's OK. It's been inspected and re-packaged according to a mil std. But if the owner has taken it out to examine it then it's no longer "new in the box/crate.
The complete ATD set I acquired from A.Link is still as it was when it came out of the box. But since I opened and examined each piece, I consider it NOS but not NIB.

Subject: [ARC5] New in the Crate ART-13
A gentleman I have purchased from in the past in Georgia says he has access to a new, in the crate ART-13 and wonders what it might be worth. He lives not far from my brother.
Any advice?
