[ARC5] New in the Crate ART-13

Wayne,  I bought a nib ART-13 in 2013 for $600.  I thought it was a fine deal and its functioned perfectly ever since.  I have been offered $900+ for it but declined.  Nothing to do with the price, but simply I have no expectation of finding another one.  It was an "A" model.  If this new find is, in fact, as advertized and its fully functional... I'd say at least what I paid up to a kilobuck.  The right buyer needs to be found.

A gentleman I have purchased from in the past 
in Georgia says he has access to a new, in the crate ART-13 and wonders 
what it might be worth.  He lives not far from my brother.
