[ARC5] FT-230A panel adapter...not

We do know that both painted and unpainted FT-230's were used in SCR-274-N installations, regardless of the paint on the receiver.  I have a picture of a 274-N rack of natural metal receivers being installed in a P-51A at the factory and one of the FT-230's is black wrinkle finish.
