[ARC5] ARC Rack and Receiver

No.  First,  ARC-12, or more correctly AN/ARC-12, is a UHF AM 
transmitter-receiver (or transceiver).  Drop-in replacement for the AN/ARC-1 VHF AM rig.  
The common A.R.C. post-war civilian and some military (AN/ARC-60) sets 
didn't have racks and were A.R.C. Type 12.  Second, the post-war A.R.C. sets 
that still had wired instead of dumb racks or mounts were A.R.C. Type 15.
