[ARC5] Coil Color Codes

Roy wrote of a MO coil:

The inner coil form must always have the same color dot as the main coil form.  The ORANGE (5.3-7.0) MO coil and the YELLOW (7.0-9.1) MO coil use the same inner coil, so the inner coil will be marked with both ORANGE and YELLOW paint drops.
