It's a bit pricey but you do get a receiver rack with an R-13B and VOR Converter, complete with 12V dynamotor and connector plugs.  This could be converted to a two receiver SCR-274-N, ARC-5, ARA, etc. rack quite easily and the VOR converter could provide top and bottom covers for a receiver restoration.
