[ARC5] ARC5 Receiver Power Supply

The eye tube was very likely the 1629 ( same as the 6E5 but with 12.6v heater like the rest of the ARC-5 tubes).

There is an article in the Surplus Conversion Manual Volume 1 using the eye tube on a BCB BC-946-B receiver.

The article is available as a free download from the web.

The article will show in its schematic where the RCA connector should be clipped to for the AVC signal to the eye tube.
