[ARC5] Phantom Antenna A-61-A (#7777)

I know... I'm very late to this party.
As Mike said, there is no "AN/ARC-5" official 
Phantom Antenna.  At least, not documented.
There is, however, one other than the A-61-A 
and that is the ATA nomenclatured #7777,
of which I have the "Circle M" A.R.C. Morgue
example.   
One point of distress:  The paint on this unit
is seriously flaking, threatening the "Circle M" 
marking.  Does anyone know of a way to 
prevent this paint from flaking further?
