Nope.  Even the 1 October 1949 Handbook BENCH TEST and ALIGNMENT 
PROCEDURE for RADIO EQUIPMENT AN/ARC-5 (NAVWEPS 16-30ARC5-501) shows an 
A-61-A for the phantom antenna.
