I already have the manual you describe, AN 16-30ARC5-2.

The one I'm looking for is specifically,
NAVWEPS 16-30ARC5-501, Handbook Bench Test and Alignment Procedures Radio Equipment AN/ARC-5, dated 01 October 1949.
