[ARC5] NAVWEPS 16-30ARC5-501

  Hello Phillip,
  I have a copy of NAVWEPS 16-30ARC5-501, and the date is First October
  1949.
  It is a little less than 6 MB.  I think it will fit in your mail-box,
  and it will be on the way soon.
  Mine is a pdf document, and I think our very much missed friend John
  Forster found this for me.
  I miss John's commentary here, very much.
