I seem to have two PDF copies of what may not be the same thing here:

and
AN 16-30ARC5-2 open.pdf

These are 31 megabytes in size and are titled:

Maintenance Instructions

AN/ARC-5
AIRCRAFT RADIO EQUIPMENT
LF MF HF COMPONENTS

15 December 1954

This superseded AN 16-30ARC5-2 dated 23 February 1944, … which should be removed from files and destroyed
