[ARC5] Chinese switching converters

I put a 1 uf tanalum across the 24V input and a .05 uf  mylar across the HV out, but it looks like there will be a need for some ferrite here.Also rather than use a dyno base, I found that miniature banana jacks ( see digikey) work very well on the plugs...if you can find them.One i get the noise problem fixed, I'm going to make a base mount using these jacks, so it plugs on like a dyno.http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/108-1103-001/J10144-ND/3587659

I leave "birdies" problems up to the Audubon Society.  I suggest that the 
astute application of ferrite cores, bypass capacitors and shielding to 
arrest the noise is the remedy.  Junk computer power supplies are loaded 
with parts you can build some very effective RFI filters with.
