Respectfully, no.
This is definately an SCR-183 grinder
with
the MC-282 scale.
The 0-100 scale was an option for earlier SCR-183
but was
seldom used after the -AD variant.
0-100 scale was standard for the RU
throughout
its deployment.
The transmitter has coil C-381 and is tuned to
approx.
3105 KC; the most commonly used
Air-to-Ground frequency in CONUS at
that time.
The dual-range receiver coil is in the "LOW"
position and the
tuning dial on the grinder suggest
the receiver is tuned to approx. 278 KC, the
most
common CONUS Tower-to-Air frequency of the day.
