Respectfully, no.
This is definately an SCR-183 grinder
with the MC-282 scale.
The 0-100 scale was an option for earlier SCR-183
but was seldom used after the -AD variant.
0-100 scale was standard for the RU throughout
its deployment.
The transmitter has coil C-381 and is tuned to approx.
3105 KC; the most commonly used
Air-to-Ground frequency in CONUS at that time.
The dual-range receiver coil is in the "LOW"
position and the tuning dial on the grinder suggest
the receiver is tuned to approx. 278 KC, the most
common CONUS Tower-to-Air frequency of the day.
