Hello Taigh,
The "coffee grinder " looks to be for the ARB as it has multiple scales. Usually there is a 0-100 scale and a tuning chart some where.

PS Did you get my message about the TA-12 and modulator with Dynamotor, connectors and about NOS as it gets these days: (no boxes). Have any interest?
Will trade for a ride in your restored Ventura for 2 and a tank of gas.

Built in 1943, overhauled in
1953. No apparent upgrades. Still 12 volt,
original radios and lots of zinc
chromate. Quite the time capsule as are
most of the artifacts at NASM.
I
don't see how you could have done much with the radios in flight except
tune
the receiver with the remote head and push to talk.
