[ARC5] L.O. in BC-453 now working.

Hello David/Bill

I'm pleased to report the L.O. in my BC-354-B is working.
I took careful note of your idea to look around the main tuning "C".
The bad news is I didn't find a specific fault, and I hope the repair is
permanent.

In short, I read the circuit diagram closely.
After that re-soldered every joint I could see (but none I couldn't).
I cleaned around the tuning gang with a cotton bud.
I removed and re-seated the coil-box a number of times.
Etc, etc.  I think you understand the process well enough.

I would like to thank every-one who contributed, esp David S & Bill P.
I suspect oxidation on a contact carrying signal current (a few uA).

I'm delirious with Joy.
