[ARC5] BC-230 on 40 and 30 Meters: Now Good to Go

Hi Dave,

Most excellent on the progress with the 230! I did get mine cranked up
a little bit this afternoon after rewiring my 6AQ5's to be cathode to
pin 4. Into my "phantom antenna" it was getting near 0.8 amps RF out
per the front panel RF current meter.

I also tested my 9:1 unun into a 50 ohm load. The set hated it. Very
little RF current and lots of B+ draw. :(

I'd like to hear the details. I bought a box of junk of the e-place
that included a couple of BC-230 coils. One was *missing* the springs,
the little wheel, and the bar that goes between the springs. :( I
don't recall what frequency range it was for.

Thanks much and 73,
