[ARC5] ARC5 receiver capacitors

I would stay away from the "stock" 'can caps' they used in the SCR-274N
sets. Use a small 1 or 2 lug terminal strip and some very small mylar
.047 caps at 400 volts. They are cheap and will last a long time. A
flat disc ceramic cap would also work fine too. Yes those are mostly by
pass caps as I remember. Haven't rebuilt one of those in many, many years.
