The original values are 0.05 mfd, not 0.056. Using 0.082 would not, in my
opinion, make any difference at all.
However, that 250V is too low, IMHO, if you plan to use a 250 V B+.
ARC changed all those to 300V not too long after they began using the
250V jobs, and I routinely use 400V capacitors in my refurbishments.
