[ARC5] Image attachments

Folks,
I am on other mailman.qth.net lists too.
It is their policy not to allow HTML and not to allow attachments.
Both will be stripped at processing.
Nowadays you sometimes see posts that have no text at all because they 
are solely in HTML and miss the clear text. Smartphones are usually the 
source...
They arrive empty on these lists.
The reason is simple: reduce bandwith to the max.
Allowing this will soon be the end of these services.
I for one do not send mail with markup, only plain text.

If I would like to show a picture or a PDF I would FTP it to my personal 
web page (I pay money to my ISP and one of the things I get in return is 
server-space) and post the link where to find it.
By request I can send a file as attachment directly to any receiver 
provided he/she has the space to collect it.

Facebook is out of the question for me..
